Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us
  • Items returned after the 14-day period
